As part of a small luncheon held June 16th, 2011, by the Canadian Council for Africa with support from Quebec Ministry of Economic Development, Innovation and Export(MDEIE), Affutjob officially launched its first guide to employment for Africa "How to effectively recruit to Africa: the recruitment channels"

This practical guide can be summarized in the following five points:

- A diagnostic quiz of the user's organizational practices in terms of recruiting in Africa.
- An analysis of its environment
- A summary of recruitment channels available
- A practical case study
- Recommandations

This document aimed at hiring managers (CEO, VP, Director and HR Manager) serves as a scoreboard in the improvement of the recruitment process of all organizations working in Africa. It establishes Affutjob as the specialist for African recruitment challenges for both efficient research for top tier talents and effective use of recruitment channels by position and country.

The guide "How to recruit effectively to Africa" was presented to officials in charge of human resources and recruitment from companies such as SNC Lavalin (world leader in engineering and construction), Education Internationale (Quebec largest cooperative for educational development and exchange services), or Aviation Zenith (Africa's leading supplier in aviation products and services). It offers evaluating tools for recruitment channels and lines of thought necessary for decision making for talent search in Africa.
