New York Karate Academy, located at 1285 Route 9 in Fishkill, NY, is now offering a Women's Only Fitness Kickboxing Classes.

Taught by Adam DiStefano, the Kids Karate Specialist, classes will be held at the NYMAG MMA school on Route 9, directly across the street from Friendly Mercedes.

Classes will be offered on Tuesday and Thursday from 7-8 pm and Saturday from 10-11 am.
