THE PROCESS

The process of engraving drum sticks is pretty easy. The laser does the hard work. You start with laying out your design in a very sophisticated computer program. You can have a name, initials, band name and logos, even flourishes and clipart. Now keep in mind that a drum stick is maybe a half inch in diameter. So a lot of detail may not look good being lasered that small. But several things do look very good on a drum stick. Once you have everything the way you want it you send the file to the laser. Push go and in about 1 minute you will have a personalized drum stick. To the average person this may seem a little unnecessary but to a drummer being able to personalize his sticks permanently is pretty cool.
