Mr Bøe intends to expand the InteXec Partners network throughout Europe and emerging markets such as Africa and Asia. He served as the EMEA Practice Leader for a global search firm's IT & Telco Practice from December 1997 to May 2000, where he developed one of the fastest growing specialist high technology search practices in Europe at the time, growing the practice from 8 to 19 consultants during this period. His Practice recorded an annual revenue growth of close to 40% for 3 consecutive years.

From May 2000 to the end of 2001 he served as the Global Practice Leader in the same firm. The global practice consisted of close to 50 consultants in Europe, North America, South America and in Asia Pacific. Mr. Bøe joined Hightech Partners ITP as a Partner in September 2002. Since September 2003, Mr. Bøe has headed the ITP Wordwide Wireless Industry Practice. Since April 2006, Mr. Bøe has served at the Board of Directors of ITP Worldwide.
