New Online Guitar Teacher Directory Helps Local Students and Guitar Teachers Connect

Online, August 25, 2009 (Newswire.com) - August 25, 2009 - FindGuitarTeachers.com, a new national listing of guitar teachers, is now open to both students and teachers across the country. The Web site launched this month and aims to provide a free way for students to find guitar teachers that are offering lessons in their area.

Guitar teachers who are looking to take on more students can create a free teacher profile which displays information such as age, experience, personal bio, music skills and lesson details. Each teacher profile page also features a built-in contact form that allows students to get in touch quickly in order to ask questions or schedule a lesson.

The Web site features a state-by-state breakdown of guitar teachers for easy browsing, as well as a zip code search that allows students to quickly narrow down their choices.

In addition to the guitar teacher directory, FindGuitarTeachers.com also features a collection of guitar-related content such as articles, reviews, buyer's guides, resources, and basic beginner lessons. This content is available for free to both students and teachers who want to expand their knowledge and skills in certain areas.

"We're just trying to make it easy for people to learn guitar," says co-founder Josh Geller. "Whether that means finding an experienced guitar teacher that lives a mile from your house, or finding some basic lessons that will get you warmed up to the instrument - our goal is to help people learn."

FindGuitarTeachers.com continues to build its exclusive content and lesson library while adding guitar teachers to the directory each day. The Web site is free to use for both students and teachers.
