Oprah Features Local Authors, Anne and Heather Dranitsaris, Again

Three years after being rumoured as Oprah's next protege, Dr. Anne Dranitsaris' work, continues to be endorsed by Oprah.

The latest Oprah's Lifeclass™ newsletter again features her article, Who Am I Meant to Be?, which continues to taught in the Lifeclasses, featured on the 'O Dream Board' as well as on the home page of 'O' Magazine's website. It begs the question, "When will they be on Oprah's Lifeclass to tell us more about the Striving Styles?"

Originally featured in November 2009 edition of 'O' The Oprah Magazine, the article is based on the Striving Styles® Personality System, created by Dr. Dranitsaris and her daughter, Heather Dranitsaris-Hilliard. Oprah continued teaching of this brain-based approach to discovering and realizing your true potential is a significant endorsement of their recently released book, Who Are You Meant To Be?.

Intimately familiar with the nature vs. nurture debate, Heather reunited with Anne twenty seven years after being given up for adoption at birth. Discovering a shared passion for helping people to achieve their potential, they have been working together ever since.

In the words of Anne Dranitsaris Ph.D.,

"Many people come out of childhood with their brains wired for survival. For those who want to self-actualize and to really thrive in their lives are prepared to work at changing their brain. Rewiring the brain for self-actualization requires that we acquire enough self-awareness to shift unconscious beliefs and self-limiting behaviors. You can do this by learning their Striving Style and the predominant need that must be met for them to be psychologically secure.

Who Are You Meant to Be? can help you go beyond what you learn from the quiz on Oprah.com to truly understanding how your brain is organized and how to shift from the self-protective behaviors that get in the way of achieving your potential."
