Pakistan's First Bachelors Accommodation Web Portal

Online, May 31, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Muhammad Tariq Khan, a young Software Engineer has personally gone through the painful process of finding a suitable accommodation when he was employed in Islamabad. "During my stay in the Capital city, I was living in a hostel but not at all satisfied with the facilities and they were also charging Rs.7000 per month" said Tariq.

"In order to search for new accommodation options, I had to wait for Sunday's newspaper. The reason behind is, mostly landlords and hostel managers post their ads on Sundays newspaper so that it get advertised out to most of the audiences. There was no potential information available on the internet about bachelor accommodation in Pakistan. So being a Software Engineer, I thought why not I step forward and do it myself."

This is how ArziRehaish.pk came into being. This web portal provides options to add property, specify accommodation requirement and if you have a big room and you need a roommate you can also use ArziRehaish.pk. Tenants can also send messages to the landlord.

Website provides a complete administrative module for landlords and tenants. Using this module, landlords can add, update and delete their property any time. On the other hand, tenants can specify their requirements about, what type of accommodation they want, what facilities they require and their how much rent they can pay.

The website look is simple and clean. No funkiness, no irritating advertisements. You will find just the information you require. The appreciable thing about this website is, they are providing very simple solution of a very complex problem.
