Stringfellow Creative Launches Continuing Education Programs
Online, May 16, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Stringfellow Creative, a Pennsylvania-based marketing and training consultancy, announced the launch of Managing Organizational Conflict, an informative educational offering covering the various types of conflicts often encountered by organizations and a set of strategies for avoiding, diffusing, and mediating conflict.
"In today's corporate climate, stress is at an all-time high," says Angela Stringfellow, lead consultant at Stringfellow Creative. "Employees are feeling the stress from management, and it can put stress on their working relationships. Even customer relationships can suffer as cutbacks can result in a less than satisfactory experience, but we firmly believe that every conflict can be turned into an opportunity, and we teach our participants exactly how to make that transformation."
Stringfellow Creative conducted a four-hour interactive workshop on the topic at Riverview Manor, an assisted living complex on the campus of RiverWoods Senior Living Community in Lewisburg, PA. "We were pleased with the outcome, and our participants offered tremendously positive feedback," Stringfellow says. "We're excited to be taking the program to the next level by offering it nationwide."
Managing Organizational Conflict has been reviewed by the National Continuing Education Review Service (NCERS) of the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB) and approved for 2.00 clock hours for assisted living and nursing home administrators nationwide. This first educational offering will be conducted via webinar on June 4th, 2010.
