Superior Energy, Novotus, Win Telly Award for Excellence in Recruitment Video

Online, September 8, 2009 (Newswire.com) - New Orleans, LA - Superior Energy Services, a Fortune 1000 oil field services company, and Novotus, an Austin based Recruitment Process Outsourcing Company, were awarded a Bronze Telly Award, for the use of video in the corporate careers section of the Superior website. The Telly is considered to be the national standard for video and film production excellence.

Under the direction of Superior's Vice-President of Human Resources, Ray Lieber, the recruitment video "Why Superior", www.superiorenergy.com/careers, was a key component of the development of a corporate careers section on the Superior website. To date the video has already been viewed by more than 1,000 job seekers, and has been instrumental in helping start a talent community of currently over 25,000 candidates.

The video was a compilation of interviews with current Superior employees, and footage of the operations of Superior and its subsidiary companies. The video was designed, produced, and filmed by ReachingTalent, Novotus' Recruitment Marketing Company, and FieldSpan Productions.
