Unique High School Fundraising Idea Pulls In More Money Even In Struggling Economy

Online, September 2, 2009 (Newswire.com) - It is no secret that high school fundraising has become harder over the last couple of years. The cost of high school sports keeps going up, but the donations are going down. The normal cookies and candy fundraisers are losing their appeal as donors are not parting with their hard earned money for products they don't use.
The introduction of the Lifetime travel book from The Cup Certificates is offering a solution to that problem. It is a fact that travel certificates are still one of the most sought after incentives in the business and non-profit worlds and the new Lifetime Travel Book delivers like nothing before.
Neil Howe, owner of The Cup Certificates says, "Never before has a marketing book of such great value been compiled and used in the fundraising industry." The Lifetime Travel book has 20 vacation certificates that never expire and can be used all at once or over 20 years. Over $15,000 of value is jammed into this fundraising product and the price for donors is something that every family can afford.
Instead of a box full of candy, donors are now receiving certificates for 2 for 1 flights and cruises, All Inclusive Jamaican getaways, Disney trips, Fly and stay Vegas trips, Golf and Motorbike weekends and the list goes on. Even if donors were just to use one certificate, it pays for their donation.
The Cup Certificates has partnered with MyFreeTravel.com who has been distributing travel certificates since 1987. "It is very important to have a company such as MyFreeTravel.com behind you. Their 20+ year record with an 'A' rating with the Better Business Bureau puts the minds of the non-profits at ease, knowing that they will get their product delivered on time." says Howe.
The only issue now is which high school sports team is going to get to the friends and family first with the Lifetime Travel book. It doesn't seem to matter though, as this unique fundraising idea from The Cup Certificates is here to stay and will be around season after season for high school fundraising teams.
