What We Know Can Hurt Us Presentation

Online, September 16, 2009 (Newswire.com) - Mike Gifford of the Say Yes Foundation will present the first of his Playbook Series workshops at the Law of Attraction Club next Sunday, Sept 20th at 1:30 pm. The meeting is at The Lotus Store, the Feng Shui Store at 12896 South Pony Express Road (just west of the Freeway, north of IKEA). Phone (801) 619-0524.

The title, What We Know May Hurt Us, while mysterious is actually a good description of the workshop. We all tend to live in boxes and know that we know what we know. The only problem with 'knowing' something is that it precludes any other possibility from our perception. We will explore and have practical experience with 'knowing' and discover just how it can keep us from other truths or possibilities. Finally we will look at ways to step outside our boxes and see those things that we would normally miss.

Mike is celebrating his 25th year since getting into twelve step and starting their journey of recovery and re-discovery. In 1987 they started The Say Yes to Abundant Living Foundation. They've brought dozen of speakers to the Salt Lake are and are now preparing to do their own workshops. Mike spent over 12 years working with teenagers in the Youth of Unity program. Much of what he presents, and the way he presents it, is the result of what he learned working with the youth for all those years. The bottom-line to everything Mike teaches is to bring us back to a knowledge of who we really are, not who we could become!

We would love to have you join us. It will be an opportunity to examine some of the plays in your own playbook and make a conscious choice to keep them or replace them. Playbook By Choice!
